Every conflict zone is reserved before the first vehicle reaches it.
SquadronQ reserves every conflict zone in advance. One vehicle, one zone, no overlap. When congestion builds, it reroutes before the jam forms.

SquadronQ reads what's on the AGV and picks the route that keeps both the schedule and the temperature. A pallet at +2°C won't pass through a warm zone - even if that path is shorter. FEFO/FIFO sequencing is built in - oldest batch first, automatically.
